The use of the rope wall in standing poses (10/12) will help you to break through mental and physical barriers to experiencing a feeling of lightness, balance and freedom, which once felt, can serve as a beacon for your practice. Come shine this new light on your standing poses!

- Friday 11/9: Forward Bends

- Friday 12/7: Back Extensions

- Friday 1/11: Inversions
